    the first one is a basic roast beef. the second is boiled carrots, runner beans, courgette & potatoes mixed with lettuce, dressed with lemon, olives oil, salt and pepper. the 3rd is wholemeal crackers with peanut butter. the 4th is tuna, egg, black eyed beans, boiled potatoes, lemon and oil and vinegar. They all taste satisfying and are filling. I honestly love my food so eating healthy is so easy for me, my problem is I will eat bad on the weekend
