If New Year was like New shoes

I’m excited about my brand new year, I want to be excited everyday, in the same way as when I buy a new pair of shoes or a new watch, I want to keep looking at it, I want to watch the time on my brand new shiny accessory.
Only this time I want to look after it, more than my old one, After a while I took it for granted, I didn’t respect it and it got damaged.
This time I will do things differently, I will have respect for it, appreciate it, it will be a gift like memory till my very end
This time I’m going to get it right. This time I’m going to watch every minute carefully, that it is spent wisely, this year I will value even the bad days and if there’s a spoil I will still value it as much as when it is was brand new. When the next brand new year arrives I will put this one in a box of fond memories and take them out on occasions to admire once again.
I will look back at the old, with the scratches and scuffs and I will admire them for the character it gives.

Thank you Ravi.Happy New Year to you too. I’m glad you liked it. I don’t think I’m ahead maybe I’m immature lol. We spend a lot of time wishing for better things but our life can be taken at any time, this year I’m going to be more present! 😊

Thank you Ravi. Happy New Year to you! Hmm ahead of my age or I could be immature for my age lol. I’m glad you loved it. It made me think, we are disappointed by our bad year/days but in actual fact life can be gone in a flash. We need to stay present😊

To have disappointments in life is also very necessary, bcz they make you strong enough to face disappointments yet to come in your life.So thank god for giving you disappointments, adversities, pains- you can always leverage them to your advantage.

hv a grt time in your present.
