We've just come out of our second week in January, Congratulations to anyone that's stayed with their new plan for the year, in support of making it through to the third week, here is some motivation.


Be Unstoppable

Motivational Inspiration Lunch and dinners for a week and an evening snack A motivational picture which reminds me I’ll be fit again. My reward this week will be with a healthy takeaway of grilled chicken and salad My willpower mode is in another week I will see results for myself.         

Mind Matters

The Low down, I’ve been walking for an hour and a half minimum every day and when I’ve had time I’ve been going on the treadmill for 20 minutes run. It’s only been a few days and my thighs are so tight I can barely get up the stairs, but I’m going to soldier on.
Any donation will be much appreciated, I’ll Be happy with as little as 20p, every little bit helps

R.E.D January stands for Run Every Day January. Whether you decide to run or walk, there are no rules. The aim is to get active every day, while raising vital funds for Mind.

  • 55 days remaining 

I would really like to do my bit for mental health awareness so not only will I walk the dogs every day but I am including a run at the gym. yesterday I managed 18,000 steps in my day and an early night.

This is for all who suffer or have suffered depression, all who have struggled to get out of bed, felt the sleepless nights turn into unwanted mornings. I’m paying it forward.
